自从看了搜救犬的风光事迹后，大马人尤其是巫裔同胞对于狗狗的接受度是越来越高。
马来女生大方遛狗
根据星洲日报报导，一个提供可领养狗狗咨询的网络平台，MyForeverDoggo分享了一段影片，内容是一名司机在路旁等待的时候，无意间拍下的温馨画面。
影片中，有3名巫裔女生各自用狗绳牵着狗狗，大方地走在人行道上，而狗狗们则轻松惬意地摇着尾巴散步。
暖心行为获网友大赞
拍摄者表示看到这个暖心的画面令人耳目一新，并向影片中的马来女生们致敬。
“正是这样的时刻温暖了你的心。对于视频中的马来女生，我们向你致敬，感谢你对所有动物的善意和同情。”
该影片引起了众多网民的关注，许多人都大赞她们的行为，但也有部分网民解释这些女孩应该是是在接受培训的准兽医，因为遛狗是课程的一部分。
